Inspiriert von der Weite des Nordens, und dem Kennenlernen neuer Lebensperspektiven erzählt Linda textlich von Sehnsucht, Unbeschwertheit, endlosen Nächten, Kindheitsträumen und der Schöpfung neuer Kraft.
Sie nimmt uns mit auf eine emotionale Reise, vorbei an poppigen Groove-Tracks, opulent arrangiertem Elektro-Jazz und energetischem Dance-Sound.

Das aktuelle Album  „A Room With A View“ ist geprägt von der Verschmelzung klassischer Instrumente wie Klavier, Violine, Saxophon und Querflöte und elektronischen Klangwelten. Bei einigen Titeln offenbaren Linda und Produzent Zbikbeat ihre Vorliebe für epische Arrangements, die von Song zu Song zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen einladen.

Derzeit ist die Linda Kyei Band im Duo regelmäßig als Showband im SWR Fernsehen bei  „Guter Unterhaltung“ mit Pierre M. Krause zu sehen.

With their self-proclaimed *PopularElectronicJazz*, they delight jazzlovers as well as fans of electronic sounds.

The music of the Linda Kyei Band is made to carry you through the day. Inspired by the vastness of the North, and finding new perspectives, Linda tells lyrically of longing, light-heartedness, endless nights, childhood dreams and the discovery of new strengths.
She takes us on an emotional journey through poppy groove tracks, opulently arranged electro-jazz and energetic dance sounds.

The lastest album „A Room With A View“ is characterised by the fusion of classical instruments such as piano, violin, saxophone, flute and electronic soundscapes. On some tracks, Linda and producer Zbikbeat reveal their penchant for epic arrangements that invite extended walks from song to song.

Currently, as a duo formation the band can be seen regularly as a show band on SWR television in „Gute Unterhaltung“ with Pierre M. Krause.
